1. Services Provided

RiderTow provides motorcycle towing and light roadside assistance services. By using our service, you agree to these terms and assume responsibility for ensuring your motorcycle is legally and safely towable.

2. Third Party Partners

RiderTow may forward your service request to qualified third party partners who provide motorcycle towing and roadside assistance services. These partners are carefully vetted and must meet our service standards.

By using our service, you consent to being connected with these third party partners as needed to fulfill your service request. RiderTow remains responsible for coordinating and overseeing the service delivery.

3. Text Message Communication

We use SMS text messaging to coordinate service, provide ETA updates, confirm pickup/drop-off locations, and receive customer instructions.

RiderTow only sends texts directly related to your service request. You may receive 1–5 messages per request; no recurring or marketing messages will be sent.

To opt out of SMS communication, reply “STOP” at any time. You may also contact support@ridertow.com to request removal.

Message and Data rates apply, message frequency varies based on usage.

You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message.

By using our service, you consent to receiving texts related to your service request. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.

RiderTow is not liable for delays, misunderstandings, or issues caused by miscommunication over text. Please ensure all addresses, gate codes, and instructions are clear and correct when texting.

4. Damage Waiver

While we exercise care and use professional-grade equipment, RiderTow is not liable for minor cosmetic damage including but not limited to scuffs, scratches, paint chips, or blemishes during loading, unloading, strapping, or transit.

You acknowledge that motorcycles can be sensitive to movement, and vibrations or securement may result in minor wear. By using our service, you waive any claim for such incidental damage.

5. Pre-Existing Damage

RiderTow is not responsible for any damage that existed prior to our service. We may take photos before loading to document condition. If we notice visible pre-existing damage, we may notify you before transport.

7. Wait Time & Cancellations

Wait times beyond 15 minutes after arrival may incur additional fees. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service charge.

8. Limited Liability

In no event shall RiderTow be held liable for more than the amount paid for the specific service provided. RiderTow is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Agreement to Terms

Use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms. These terms are subject to change without prior notice.
